SuccezZ Never Sleeps

South Loop gymshoe salon SuccezZ lures in celebrity athletes and steps up the areas gymshoe game.

Located at 1329 South Michigan Avenue, SuccezZ brings a classic, urban edge to the South Loop's developing fashion, retail scene.

Owned by local entrepreneur, LaVelle (V-Dot) Sykes and New Jersey Net's basketball player Bobby Simmons, SuccezZ toasted the town with a red-carpet, WGCI sponsored grand opening on June 21 that hosted some of the city's fashion and nightlife elite.

SuccezZ exposes customers to a welcoming formula of high-end, quality clothes, a laid-back decor and great customer service. The store resembles the decked-out basement of a young celebrity's mansion showing off their cool and hip underground spot on the show Cribs of MTV. With high, industrial ceilings and hard-wood floors, SuccezZ has a chill elegance that doesn't try too hard. Expect a well-stocked, premium denim bar with all the usual suspect brands of True Religion, Laguna Beach, Robins and the L.A. line Taverniti jeans. Be prepared to pay anywhere from $90 to $450 for a pair of jeans. If jeans don't fulfill the fix, then check out the store's wide selection of T-shirts and rocking footwear.
