ABOUT Chrissie Morris
Chrissie Morris was born in Nottingham in 1976. From a young age Chrissie had an eye for detail and at 14 she started working in the fashion industry, designing clothes for a boutique in Nottingham. Chrissie Morris graduated in Fashion Design in England at the John Moores University of Liverpool (2000), where she perfected her talents in drawing, painting and sculpture and focused her fashion research on Knitwear and Constructed Textiles.

Chrisse Morris continued her studies with a master in Fashion Design at Domus Academy (2001) in Milan, where her strong relationship with Italy took its starting point, alongside the interest for shoes, when she developed the idea to apply her researches of a life on the small dimensions.

Back in England, Chrissie worked with a group of designers in the ease end creating sculptured leather accessories for celebrities and designers. At the same time Chrissie started a deep research on the shoe making process around the strict of Northampton. After that, Chrissie developed her first shoe collection. Showing arouhnd her private collection, in 2002, Chrissie started with private commissions of bespoke shoes.

In 2003, Chrissie started co-operating with Sinela Gallery, a spanish company, designing their first line, the Mine de Rien line and developing different models that Sinela was proposing and selling to many major international labels.

In 2007, Chrissie Morris became an independent label. Today, Chrissie Morris sells in Italy, Denmark, Ireland, Russia, Japan and United States.
