Shoe Shine: Jordan Spiz'IKE Fall 2009 Boots

This Fall 2009, The Jordan Brand plans to release their Winterized Spiz’ike Boot in a series of color-ways. The boot is a hybrid of the Jordan Spiz’ike and Nike Boot. This is definitely a good look for the mean winter streets of the CHI!

Don't Call it a come back.

In efforts to pump life back into the Jordan brand, Nike is going to be releasing the Jordan L style this November.

"Inspired by Michael Jordan’s love for motorsports, these kicks are functional and stylish at the same time. The L Style features a Jordan 1-esque toe box and outsole, but features a visible air bubble toward the heel. The upper features rich brown leather and a subtle perforated Air Jordan Wings logo on the side. Two straps over the laces make for a unique look and provide lockdown comfort."

The shoe actually doesn't look that bad, if you lose those straps but then you lose a little on functional part of the shoe. Never the less, they are not my radar of things to buy, then again my love for Jordans is not what it was a couple of years ago.

Get familiar with MAX Osterweis "SUNO"

Max Osterweis is a former freelance director for Nike, Amnesty International and Weiden +Kennedy(One of the largest and dopest advertising agencies in the world) turned fashion designer in 2008. He turned his love of Kenyan fabrics into a fashion line called Suno(named after his mother), and the results are C.O.C.A. We are really feeling the soulful African prints on the fabrics.

Sneak Peek: Nike Air Force 1 Low All Star 08 QK x DJ Clark Kent

DJ Clark Kent is back at it again with his 2nd designed Air Force 1 release in less than 2 months. Starks Laces are included with these, which is different for Clark Kent's. The Air Force is inspired by the city of Phoenix, the All-Star Game host city, and the Phoenix Suns. The Force features a Black, Orange, Purple upper with a mixture of textured leather and pebbled basketball style leather. The upper sits on a Black midsole and a Yellow Gum outsole. Two pairs of laces are included with these, the standard black as well as the Starks laces in a Purple/Gold star colorway.

Now Available @ SuccezZ & other Nike quickstrike retailers.

Just Gucci It

Air Force II

Waffle Racer III

Gucci inspired...not official nike & gucci collaborative shoes.

The paisley detailed print on both of these is the reason why they still get the C.O.C.A stamp even though technically these are not official GUCCI shoes.

Both are available @ SuccezZ & local niketown stores.

Sneak Peek: Super DJ Clark Kent x Air Force 1 = The Black Friday's

I actually like these more than the 112 pack's air forces after trying them on and extending my purchase power. The horse hair on the toe may turn some sneaker heads off or the multi-colored glittery sole, but those are both attributes to the shoe in my opinion. If your pockets are plump for the New Year you can try your luck and see if your size is still available @ SuccezZ.
